Birthday Card Free (birthdaycardfree.com) is operated by VIRALWORKS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

It's free

Making and sending cards on this site costs nothing and needs no account. We may add, change or remove designs, letters or relationship pages at any time.

Using it fairly

The site is for sending birthday cards to people you know. You agree not to use it to:

• harass, threaten, bully or embarrass anyone
• pretend to be someone else, or make a card look like it came from a person or organization it didn't come from
• put anything other than a name into the name field, such as insults, slurs, links or personal information about someone else
• send cards as spam or in bulk to people who haven't asked for them
• scrape, overload or interfere with the site, or use it for anything illegal

Your links

You choose who gets a card link, and you're responsible for sending it. Anyone with the link can open the card, and we can't recall or delete a link once you've shared it, because we never stored it.

Our pictures and letters

The pictures, letters, design and code on this site belong to us or the people we license them from. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, free license to make cards and share the card links with people you know.

Please don't copy the images or letters to sell them, use them in advertising, put them on another site or service, or use them to train software. If you'd like to use something in a way these terms don't cover, ask us first.

No warranty

We work to keep the site running and the cards displaying properly, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be online, error-free, or that every card will display the same way on every device. Card links depend on the site existing, so if the site ever shuts down, old links will stop working.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, or for how other people use card links. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

If someone misuses the site

If you receive a card that's being used to harass or impersonate someone, email us with the link. We may block names, links or traffic that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to support@myheartcraft.com.
